According to the Geneva Convention, because he has a GB passport, he is welcome to come back to Britain. Hopefully he will contract an 'illness' unroute and never bother us again.

Geneva Convention

Due to the fact that he holds a UK passport and was fighting for the enemy he is not covered by the conventions of war, he is a mercenary and has no rights. Under UK law he has also committed treason and is liable to what I hope is a hefty jail sentence although I agree with others and he would get to the comparative luxury of a UK jail.

Is treason still not techically a 'capital crime'

If so, mode of execution

Deliver back to Manchester c/o B52 bomb bay - no other bombs, just this bumb

Well i read the story in The Times and it mentioned about people who have done similar things in Afghanistan, unfortunately the only ones being punished are the ones in Cuba. Other Islamic facists that have been tried in Britain have been released. This guy came from the Manchester area, in that case he should be quartered and have his parts of his body posted around Manchester to demonstrate what happens to traitors.

Lets hope that when Iraq is rid of its Dictator, this twat and ALL his family and friends are sent 'home' to help rebuild THEIR Country. Slightly right of Atilla the Hun, but I am becoming sick and tired of constantly being taken for a mug in MY Country!

Seem to be having a "Deja Vu" moment with this one. I remember hearing a radio interview on Piccadily during the Falklands. They were interviewing an "Argentine" P.W. who had the strongest Salford accent, RRRite, man, mad for it. Seems this 2nd generation Argentinian immigrant had gone back to B.A. to see his grandparents and ended up being conscripted
By the way, what`s a Mancurian :-?
Aye,

What we really need to do is establish a penal colony, where we could send any undesirables. It would have to be a large island and suffer from harsh climatic changes. No where springs to mind. Do you know if this has ever been attempted anywhere?

All joking aside, there are various circlles and think tanks who are predicting a rise in support for the BNP, at both local and general elections. You may not agree with their worship of Adolf, but some of their policies are making more sense by the day :-? If those who have chosen the UK as their new home continue to stir up us natives with outrageous behaviour, then who will they blame for the rise of such a far right party??
