Royal Navy Traditions

I was just wondering about Royal Navy Traditions.

As most of us know that the RN is the 'Senior Sevice', surely the RN must have its own traditions gathered from History and Folly alike.

So my question(s) is this 'What names and dates are given to the RN traditions throughout the year?'

Please help because I hear that the RN has lots of tradition but I'am a bit of a newbie to the forces. :puppydogeyes:
