Its impossible NOT to put on weight if you have the right diet.
Try this website
www.skinnyguy.net
That should work. Its all about the amount of protien and carbs you eat to how much you excerise. That is a pretty good website though. Sure there are lots of others out there.

Yeah dont tell them about any loans like i did :)
Just learn the dates. When the corps where formed Battle of gibralter falklands etc. Where the units are based and there camp names
I.e 40 Commando Norton manor camp Taunton.
Whats the symbols on the cap badge mean and when/Who for what they where given to the marines. Then be prepared to talk about school family etc etc. Also have a good reason for wanting to join and if he says why not the army dont say what i said "I dont wanna be a filthy pongo". He laughed but i guess i was lucky.
Its all easy stuff. Main thing is to relax.
And Good luck

Sound advice from Adam - just relax. The corporal on my PRC read out a reference from my last job which as good as said that they wouldn't trust me with a box of matches :o (few former oppo's a few years down the line would probably agree). I was a bit put out but the corporal said that it was just a shite civvy job and I'd be better off in the Corps if I made it. And the rest, they say.......

Good luck lads, work hard and enjoy your Christmas. I wish I was coming with you.

What is the Weight/Height average.....so what i mean, what is the average weight for someone thats 6"4.

Because my mate went for his medical....and he was about 5"10 and they said he was too light for his height, so is there a certain weight/height you have to be to be accepted.

I have confused myself....so i won't be surprised if i confuse the rest of you! :-?

Maybe you have a medical condition,

sounds sickenning but do you have a tape worm.

Symptoms are -

1. Itchy asshole especially at night
2. Cant gain weight no matter how many Big Macs you eat.

See a doctor if you have something along the lines of that.
