well after all the hard work i been doing i treated myself to a night out. I went to Gods I'M A SCAMMER SPAMMER!!!. And danced for 5 hours I feel like i have done 2 hours in the gym what a workout great for endurance. Just got in been up for 26 hours now and i dont feel that bad still got the music in my head.
Was an excellent night got a good picture wiv three girls :)
