what do these represent? why do some members have them and others not? I don't and I'm feeling unarmed.

Hi canada,

The rounds represent and differ on how many posts you have made to the board.
Your now on your tenth post and your rank has changed if you look.
I have also noticed you are now using an avatar, so i will not explain. :)
