Yeah Derson I agree with Ben, rest is very important and do not run a day to your selection, my recruiter adviced me on that one. Hydrate yourself as much as possible (easier said than done) and include a banana for breakfast on that day (will help you store some energy). Otherwise, go crazy on the day and do us pride! :lilangel:

PS. I hear if your run time's not good enough you can outdo it with the other workouts. :wink:

Deferred - 16 months due to a single reported migraine to the doctor just over a year ago, plus a heart murmur.

Just got back from the GP, and she can't hear anything of a murmur... so :roll:
Booked in for an Echo scan or something.

From what I've been told, there is sweet f* all I can do, apart from re-apply again in 16 months, providing that the heart murmur doesn't turn into something the Army fails you for.

Time to go find another suicidal office job... great.

Sorry to hear that mate, try and keep ya head up :). I hope I wont get defered for Migranes :S never told the doc though lol.
