Hi im new to this website and it looks great lots of great info. i am still a student and am nearing the end as i leave school in july and my dream is to become a royal marines commando but i have a big problem im not really that fit but i have just started at a great gym where there are all the facilities i think i will need cv, weights, pool etc.. ive only just started training another fault i have is im overweight but i am trying my best to get it off with a strict diet and supplements. my current training schedule is 6am 30 mins jump rope 30 mins boxing bag then school until 3pm then gym at 4pm tredmill 10 mins cross runner 10 mins bike 10mins then light weight max reps on the weights then swimming for an hour then fininished. as i am new to training could someone please give me a better regime to the one i am doing now thanks alot sorry for this post being so long and thanks for reading im glad i found the website!!
