Gordon Brown's Contempt & Disinterest in the Military
Prime Minister Gordon Brown has treated the armed services with "contempt" and "disinterest", a former chief of the defence staff has told a Lords debate.
Admiral Lord Boyce said the decision to give one person - Des Browne - the jobs of both defence and Scottish secretary was an "insult" at a time of war.
Lord Guthrie said: "In my experience... he [Gordon Brown] was a most unsympathetic chancellor of the exchequer as far as defence was concerned - and the only senior Cabinet minister who avoided coming to the Ministry of Defence to be briefed by our staff on our problems."
"And I think really that he must take much of the blame for the very serious situation we find the services in today."

Admiral The Lord Boyce recognises pure shite when he sees it.
He sees it a lot in the charmless Gordon effing Brown
ffs
The only known living heart donor and recipient of a triple charisma bypass. The Cybermen have more personality.
Mike Boyce knows that to Command you also have to Lead, not just be a "manager" Like all great Commanders he always had the Welfare of those placed in his charge utmost in his mind.
And that is why he questioned the ultimate legality of Gulf Two(as did many on here) Like me, he wasn`t convinced by Tone’s reply that "Elmer said it would be ok"
The country needs more men like Mike Boyce.
It has far too many like Gordon Brown.

Don't Worry...
At least we got to safeguard oil country number two with its easy-to-access oil for the gluttonous United States, not to mention taking out another of Israel's opponents.
Afghanistan: Centgas oil pipeline
Iraq: Oil and Israel
Next stop Iran.

Iran Oil?
Have they any oil?
Iran has even more oil and gas than Iraq - Iraq's is just cheaper to get at because it's closer to the surface.
