Depends how old you are my friend! All isnt lost if you still fall within the age limit when you reapply after having been given the all clear.
Good luck.

Not finished mate, just heading in a different direction now.

It's a heavy blow but if you're made of the right stuff to think you'd have made it in the military then you'll no doubt get through this.

Keep your chin up and think of it as a new begining, try not to let it get you down as that will only make things worse, easier said than done I know, but believe in yourself and you'll do fine and remember it's not anything you did wrong it's just one of those unfortunate things.

Maybe consider joining the Police force, it's decent money and will offer a similar sense of duty and will give you a sense that you're doing something worthwhile and making a difference.

Best of luck mate and keep your chin up.

Why not have a spell in the TA and see how you get on, they may be a bit more forgiving there

If you are only 18 then it may be difficult to join as a Reg Officer anyway. Lots, (but not all) of Officers have degrees. Why not do a course for a few years and then reapply when you have some more life experience and a better chance of getting in? Plus the athsma time limit will have passed.

Good luck mate but I hate to say that you currently will not be allowed to join. And without trying to sound harsh, saying you only get problems related to hay-fever etc is not an excuse. They can't cater for geographical situations so you are potentially a risk at certain times of the year.

My mate has had exactly the same. Sorry Dude

I think if i remember rightly it states in the medical also that you have to be symptom free of hayfever also, there is definantly something about hayfever!
