wots the best cardio vascular training to do?
i'm currently preparing for my prmc on the 18th December and im a bit nervous! i've recently completed the RMAD (Aquaint Day), its day 1 of the PRMC and i passed it. but i'm still a bit worried, any help will be great.

As far as Cardio goes alternate between long well paced runs and shorter thrashed out runs. Swimming is also very good but you really have to give it some.
Rowing is also really good if you have access to a machine, my least favourite is cycling but that is also good.
