Well they've put a bit of effort in. Including a promo video! Gotta give them some credit

I was especially taken with the old Hitler Youth exhortation as one of their "ten commandments"

"Be as nimble as a greyhound, as tough as leather, as hard as steel"

Hmm...

Ahoy there!
1. You are the chosen ones of the British Army, you will seek out combat and train yourself for any manner of test. To you battle will be fulfilment.
2. Cultivate true comradeship, for by the aids of your comrades you will conquer or die.
3. Beware of talking, be not corruptible. Men act while women chatter. Chatter may bring you to your grave.
4. Be calm and prudent, resolute and strong, valour and enthusiasm of an offensive spirit will cause you to prevail in the attack.
5. The most precious thing in the presence of the foe is the ammunition. He who shoots uselessly, merely to comfort himself is a man of straw who merits not the title of a paratrooper.
6. Never surrender. To you death or victory must be a point of honour.
7. You can triumph only if your weapons are good. See to it you submit yourself to this law. First my weapon then myself.
8. You must grasp the full purpose of every enterprise, so if your leader be killed, you yourself can fulfil it.
9. Against an open foe fight with chivalry, but to a guerrilla extend no quarter.
10. Keep your eyes open. Time yourself to the topmost pitch. Be as nimble as a greyhound, as tough as leather, as hard as steel and so you shall be the British warrior incarnated.

Yeah I saw this site (I linked to it off wiki peedia) and wanted to find out if ti was ex paras playing Americas Army or a bunch of tits.

I had a look on thier forums and saw that an actual ex para posted about something to do with army life, (cant remember what) and they were taking the piss out of him and posting non stop that he was wrong.

Apparently playing an online game makes you more knowledgeable about being in the army than being in the army...

Funnily enough, I deleted that link from the wikipedia entry about a month go, only to see the kiddies put it back the next day.

So much for keeping it serious. :-?

Its all a bit sad really. And just a general question, can you be done for impersonating an officer or soldier?

You can go to prison in the USofA for it apparently.

I think you just get a warning for it here though

I particularly liked the picture title:
Graduation day the Cadets are lined up in the US Gear while they get a six gun salute.
I'd rather watch a cat with terminal diarrhoea.
