There goes the neighbourhood!

Post by anglo-saxon »

Thank goodness we're moving!

Friends of ours across the road moved away to an acreage a couple of months ago. Of course, having sold through an agent, they had no idea who they were selling to. Well, turns out it's a couple of fur traders! "Butch and Butcher"! All plaid shirts, Wranglers, and big belt buckles - they are either actual lumberjacks or extras from a Python skit!

It's a big difference from seeing the sprogs play street hockey to seeing the boat people working on their pick-up. Sigh! In small town Alberta, too. What in the world?

Our other neighbour is a very direct single 50 y/o girl and evidently hasn't had much action lately. She had me in stitches the other day. Said with he new nighbours and all, she might just "trade hardwood for carpet!"

Ho-Hum!

... and the relevance of your neighbours sexual preference is of what military relevance to this forum exactly? Sorry, it escapes me.

Actually this section of the forums is for pretty much any subject. Observations about living in other countries, discussing holidays, hell even cars why not?
We even used to have a thread about recipes.

Oh, and they're dykes, too (which, if they actually make good moonshine, I'll be able to overlook). Doc, book Stix in for a three o'clock.
