Fitness Needed?
Fitness Needed?
Wat are the requirements for basic training, i have been doing the routines needed.. just dont know how many to do.
My performance is
Pressups (arms straight, chest on floor, head up) 56 - 2mins
Situps 97 - 2mins
pull ups - 14 2 mins
1.5 mile run - 7.34
what else is needed for selection process?

What are you trying to get into anyway, Paras?
If your trying to get into RM. Test your 3 mile Time, it needs to be sub 20 minutes.

Just kiddin' T_R16, Coldstreams are not a bad unit.
Unless i get shipped to 1st Bn Grenadier Guards in Jan, i will be doing P Coy after the Feb one and serving 2 years in 3 Para.

Hehe, nah its just the regiment I have been interested in for a long time. Its that or perhaps one of the corp's. I have a while to decided so Im not to fussed. Just working on my fitness now....if you have a fettish for boot polish and brasso
