There are reserve and regular versions of both. They probably don't mention the regular units on the website because you can't join them as a civilian. 22 SAS is the regular bunch; 23 and 21 are the territorial. Then there's the SBS and their reserve band of merry men.

Do 21 and 23 get deployed at the same level as 22.

While obviously reservists, do they have to do selection at the same levels as 22?

They do the same Test Week as the regulars and exactly the same marches the only difference is that regulars have to do 4kmph and 21/23 have to do 3kmph

After chatting to a few 23 Blokes they have been known to be away 120 days plus during a year.

yeah
one of our blokes has rebadged many moons ago now andwas highly dis chuffed not to have gone on GW 2 while some of the lads were called up for service. if you want an insight into the Training and commitment needed to achieve a successful entry, Read a book by a guy called Adam Ballinger called "Quiet Soldier", but even now I think SAS TA are looking at recuiting only from blokes with military servie behind them be it Reg or TA ,could be wrong like, we know what sneaky beaky are like.

From the blurb passed on by recruitment stand for these lot it seems that the reserves take a more observation post role, their words not mine, and get attached to regular infantry regiments quite regulary.

edit: - info is second hand from people in my cadre who've interviewed.
