Cod Liver Oil tablets. They have worked wonders for me.

Also, don't tell anyone about this problem, especially at OASC or whatever stage your at now. Remember, the most intense part is the training.

Good luck mate but I hate to say that you currently will not be allowed to join. And without trying to sound harsh, saying you only get problems related to hay-fever etc is not an excuse. They can't cater for geographical situations so you are potentially a risk at certain times of the year.
