I have to do my PJFT before my final interview... If i get it before May 16th hopefully I will join you guys :D
Hey mate I'm not so sure you will be going on the 16th May. I did my PJFT back in January, then had to wait 3 months to do my Final Interview. Anyway good luck mate!

Anyone off to Halton on 16th May?

I saw the post by Captain Planet about RAF Halton on 2nd May and thought that I will do the same for 16th May. I have that as my provisional date and I have my Final Interview on 11th April. Anyone else on here have the same date?

Hi,

Went in my AFCO on thursday and made an application for Avionics Tech. I've now got my aptitude tests on the 18th April.
Just take a trip down to them and have a chat, they'll tell you all you need to know.

How long does the selection process take? For example if I applied this week, when could i expect to be called for service?

Is there a RAF version of the Royal Marine PRMC? I also assume there's an
interview, do they ask real tough questions about RAF ...

They do a number two with the clippers. I don't think that they shave it all off.

I think they shave your head when you get there whether you need it or not. Thats what I heard anyway.

Hi Scott18...I have been given 16th May as my provisional date so you will be there when I am. Have you had your Final Interview yet? If so how did it go?
