Phys Ed Officer

Just a few questions...

1.) Are they looking for the same high level of fitness with phys ed officer as they are with PTI?

2.) What should be the longest distance i should run? at the moment my max is 3miles, just wondering if i should be getting used to longer distances?

Thanks Very Much everyone

PTI and Coaching

I understand the fitness requirements for PTI role, however what should a potential PTI be aiming for in fitness tests?

Also I understand there is a coaching element to the pre joining tests, Is sports coaching part of your role as a PTI?

Thanks for Your Help

Protein is a big must (Tuna, Chicken, Turkey)

Also things like nuts and seeds are good protein and fibre!!

Also im not sure from your plan how much fruit and veg you eat? As much as possible would be best!

Fitness Test

A quick question, once you have been accepted and got through all of your training etc and are fully 'in' the RAF, is there any sort of fitness tests you have to undertake yearly for example to be allowed to carry on in the job?
