I know it wasn't for PGAC, but when I went for ADSC up in Glencorse to join the Para's, the distance was at least 25 metres, I dare say it may even have been further. It was certainly the largest bleep test I'd ever done.

It pays to learn a bit of background info about your chosen Regiment/Corps. Try and prepare for most of the obvious questions so you can answer them in a clear and direct way. For example; What sort of training have you been doing to make you think you're ready for the Army?

Yeah, I personally don't think it's possible to measure or estimate how fast you can run a 1.5 miler by doing a bleep test. The bleep test I did was also around the level 12 mark at the Insight Course.
