Appeal after medical fail...

Just got back from selection up in Glencorse today. I got medically failed for an old knee injury that causes me no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Failed because my left knee hyperextends half an inch more than my right.

This has no reference whatsoever to your post but in reference to your avatar, I believe the quote is from Jarhead from the staff sergeant character played by jamie foxx.

I actively warm up for about 15 mins before i run and stretch for the same length of time after running.

I've played rugby for 10 years and took A - level P.e so my warm up's are fine because i do the same one that I've used for years.

What's L-Glutamine?

Return from innjury

Hello all,

I have recently just returned to fitness after 3 months out with torn ankle ligaments, sustained playing rugby. I was really fit before I got injured and was happy with my run-time etc. I've done a few 3-4 milers and then tried my 1.5 mile again but my time has gone up to just over 11 ...

Heaves

Hey guys.
I'm in the process of applying for the Paras, got my interview tomorrow, and was just wondering what the best way to increase the amount of heaves/chin-ups I can do because I can only do 6 good ones at the moment and I don't think that is enough.
Any advice or ideas would be great, thanks ...
