I have recently just returned to fitness after 3 months out with torn ankle ligaments, sustained playing rugby. I was really fit before I got injured and was happy with my run-time etc. I've done a few 3-4 milers and then tried my 1.5 mile again but my time has gone up to just over 11 minutes
Basically I was just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation to me and how long it took them to regain ADSC standard fitness?
