it could be a good diversion in a battle situation

he jumps down and starts doing his 1 handed press ups , he wows the enemy whilst the rest of his squad shoot them :lol:

I dont know much about this part of teh army

but can anyone tell m ethe process of joining?

do you have to complete normal soldier trainging first then specalise in this field and do the extra training?

can you freely join or do you have to be selected?

I used to get shin splints so bad i couldnt walk, it was agony , mainly when i was playing football on a concrete surface. Have not had them for years , so im hoping i dont get tham again. a few poeple i know got them from rollerblading aswell.

Well i think exactly the same about the BMI chart , but all the info im reading on this forum is conflicting with what i was told by the lady at the careers office.

can i ask what is the average time bewteen application and the PRMC?
