Does anyone know who in ireland deals with security clearance ,the afco says if I know someone in the gardai they might speed up my clearance?

Just a question about the number they give you in your prmc interview with your corporal ,is it between 1 and 6 ? 6 being the highest?Or does it go up to 10 or something?

Protien shakes dont contain everything that eggs do ,when I was training with weights I would throw one or two egg whites and one egg yoke in.
You cant really taste the egg if you drink it fast.

Dont worry last weekend I was so anxious that I didnt even fight ,but I had just done my interview medical and pjft the day before so thats my excuse.

I thought they didnt check your medical records unless they seen something wrong?
