The 3 mile run during PGAC has to be completed in 24 minutes, as said before you run behind a PTI, and cannot overtake him, he will set the pace you follow him, its 6 times around the two football fields 0.5 mile per round. i started my application with the raf two months ago, and now have pgac, on the 26th-28th.
