Mate just read your other thread on failing the PRMC. Drop the weight gain powder and the weights and start bashing out pressups, pullups and sit ups. Definately rest for 3 days beardo. I know a triathlete and he rests a week before his event. You start to lose fitness and strength/muscle after 2 weeks, so 3 days you wont lose any. Also, your legs wont recover enough if you rest anything below 3 days, and trust me you will want you legs to be at ...
