It is best to have webbing tight or loose?? I find when I did my 3 miler with ACF march and shoot. I found that it rattled and started bouncing like a knob jockey! what can I do to stop this. Hi lads, I don't get it. I can hardly do any press ups 35-40 but I can run like the wind! 14 miles in 100 minutes including f@#k off hills. 14 chin ups when I am fresh. I just need to know how they do situps? Basically I mean Are your feet supported or what? Cheers
