Yeah 925 were the first to try out the knee pads and they used them for bottom field aswell. They were gash though apperantly the lads have told me.

Sit up Circuit

Tuesday - 1.5 best effort
Boxing
Sit ups 3 x 40

Wednesday - 6 - 9 mile run
Legs circuit

Thursday - The Beast Circuit
Boxing
Sit up Circuit

Friday - Bas Ruttens all round workout or ...

I've taken drugs but i know it was a thing of my past when i was younger. I would never touch the things again and certainly don't associate with people that do. After summer leave last year the whole camp was tested, 7 recruits were
caught out including a 2 lads from my troop :roll:

No theres no drugs test but that doesn't mean you can take them until you arrive.

There is a little medical but its just a few needles and taking blood from you nothing major.

The first 1.5 is done in 12.30 and the next 1.5 is now best effort and im sure you have to do it in 10.30 like the PJFT.

As for the terrain its a track/road.
