But, im not here to talk about the navy, im interested in transferring to the RAF, I like the military, the job security, the work, the pay, the ...

Mine took 2-3 month's. Some people in my mess took 1 month from signing up from applying to being in raleigh! Since there is a shortage of Warfare, you should get in pretty quick. Just hold out, and if you get bored, ring up the AFCO and ask for progress, show them you want to be there

Om(w), Many people go for this job, most of the trainees at collingwood in phase 2 are OM(w) about 85%. They get it easy in collingwood, and get alot of time off! every three weeks they finish on thursday's.

As a OM you'll probally get stuck with Cleaning, painting, and all the other rubbish stuff ...

As in, Doing 22 year's or something. Doh! Its great in the navy anyway!

More people leave every week, than people join, apparently (that's what PO said) So Aye, they would just leave because of full time ect.
