Hi, sorry if this post is a bit strange, i just need to know some answers to some random questions. Any help is appreciated. Ive tried searching on the internet but i havent found everything and im not that computer-literate.

Training for Selection
Hi, im doing a college course this september (Public services) and we have to pass selection to get in, the tests involved are based on the Royal Marines selection (made harder somehow :o so we have to be visibly pushing oursleves), its only the fitness parts though - press ups, running etc.

Boxing in the Royal Military Police?
I'm planning on going into the RMP at 18, and i'm wondering whether you can box (i box quite regularly at the moment) for them, because i imagine they have a lot of duties and there wouldnt be time. Does anyone know anything about this?

What stress positions are there?
I know about the one where you sit up against the wall and it puts pressure on your thighs, and the one where you laty down and have to keep you feet slightly off the floor.

What stress positions are there?
