dont carrying weights , you'll get enough of that in training

Concerntrate on cardio and anerobic

Do try to include plenty of hills in your training , thats where I used to have problems last house was in the middle of the flatest place this side of the fens

I run every other day , well I'm supposed to but y' know how it is. It really depends on your mileage, if you are just doing 1.5 mile runs then every day wont kill you after a week or so. But if each run is a 6 miler then you 'll run into trouble if you are not conditioned to it I myself have been r...

I'd make a wild guess here and say the anyone prescribed anto d's in the forces would be downgraded as medically unfit for certain duties. Therefore enlisting whilst still relying on them would be damn near impossible. However I know from personal experience that some docs hand them out like smartie...

The bomb was a bit of an anti climax wasn't it !


I expected a huge ott explosion , maybe thats why the cordon for the car bomb only seemed to be about 30 feet :o
