Red Ken.

Post by Wholley »

I just clocked Ken Livingstone on Fox.
When did he crawl back out of the woodwork?
I thought he got binned along with the GLC.
Card carrying communist nutter.Mayor of London?
Good grief.
I'm in shock.

He never went mate. He just started at the bottom and sneaked back in. Red Ken no longer red though... so he says

Red Ken is one of those people like Clinton who can talk the hind leg of a donkey. He can be witty and charming but that is only to get his own way,ie the office that he trying to get elected too. After that god help you until the next election when the oily git will wriggle out of any point that is
put to him. Also I see our Tony was trying to get him back in to the labour party. When he was the leader of the GLC he was even setting up his own embassies overseas, along with his own foreign policy. Was it any wonder that Maggie got rid of him along with all his hangers on when she did away with the GLC.

Red Ken, no ne'er went away...........more Londoners voted for him than anyone else to be Mayor of London (not Lord Mayor) so I guess that is as democratic as Bush being elected over Gore in florida and Jeb being the Governor an' all.

Just another one of those staunch socialists who lose all their principles once they get a taste of power and privilege.

Ah Red Ken, the darling of the left, left,........ left, left left, one about-turn that Blair has admitted to in his centre ground politics. Mind you with Kenny boy, there is the likes of Short, Cook, Glenda Jackson, Prescott and the Beast from Bolsover to keep him company.

As for Tony Benn no one could ever misquote him, for whatever interview he did he took along a tape recorder.

I remember 'Red Ken' speaking at a Communist Party meeting in the very early 1980's in Rochdale. The local Labour Party wouldn't have any truck with him.

The towncentre pubs were full of NF people wanting to beat the shit out of the 'reds' and especially Ken.

The meeting was in support of the IRA which is a subject very close to Kens heart .

p.s. Ken was shagging a local girl for a few years according to restaurant staff in the town. He used to tip the staff for finding him quiet tables

Has any one seen Kens latest idea of putting the congestion charge on the roads in side the boundaries of the M25. Now as Ken does not own a car he takes a taxi were ever he wants to go and charges up to the rate payers
of London which ran in to many thousands of pounds last year.
