What is the training? How long? How intense?

Do RN commando MOs do this training too?

I covered this topic a while ago, it was under hand-to-hand combat, it got quite heated at one point, and have a look see under the search facility...

recruit test 21 march - PASSED
medical 30 march - PASSED
interview 30 march - PASSED
PJFT - 11 april - PASSED 9:18
PRMC - 7th - 10th JUNE. PASSED
foundation - 29th August

being faster and stronger (and better armed then your opponent) after your commando training is all you will need.
stuck in a rut, unsure about the future, unsure about the military lifestyle, for a while anyway
