I want to join the army, however I have to take steroids everyday for fainting (one steroid tablet per day that have to be kept refrigerated).
I don't faint very often now that I'm on the medication.
Do you think i'll be able to join, or will this present a problem?

Could I join?
Re: Could I join?
Sorry to say the answer would be a very large 'No'.
But please feel free to contact your local AFCO to confirm this.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think I would be eligible for a support role?

I'm afraid not, you will be deemed unfit for military service based on the information you've stated.
Best of luck

Re: Could I join?
I have a little idea . Fainting can happen if u standing a long time and ur brain and heart have to work harder so ur brain says hang on I not getting enough oxygen if u faint the blood goes back to ur head and heart and if u lift the persons legs can get them to come round quicker as the blood runs back quicker and let them sit up slowly and if they feel faint or pass out again lay them down again. If faint Everyday or always i think you cant passed to be a army ..
