Medicaly Deffered

I am due to start my training for the Royal Marines in June and have a small amount of acne on my back if i get there and they are unhappy with this and they tell me i cant startuntil cleared can i be medically deffered witout having to re take my PRMC as it will be a year since i done it in july and you only have a year to start training b4 having to re sit the PRMC? any advice would be appriciated. Thanks!
