Can poor circulation stop you joining / finishing training?

Post by Downrange »

Hi, I have a problem where in the cold my hands go a light blue blotchy colour. This doesn't seem to happen much when im out on exercise but actually happens more on average days. It does not affect me in anyway as i continue to run ect even when they go like that. But a friend has informed me that he heard someone got dropped straight out of training at week 15 because of this. Is this bullshit or is this actually a realistic scenario? I would also like to know if there is any way to improve circulation?

Any would would be great.

Not certain, but was told that would be an explanation for why it happens.
