had a chest infection
Im waiting to do a day at litchfield for my fitness and really need to start runnung again! is there any quick ways of clearing my chest?

No....
(Although only your doc can give medical advice... don't rely on complete strangers sat at the other end of a PC to give reliable info without knowing your history)
Depending how bad it is you could set yourself back a bit and potentially do more long-term harm.... Eagerness to 'get stuck in' is not always the best policy... It's frustrating and tempting but be wary of pushing the body too soon... It has this knack of kicking you in the bollox if you mistreat it....
