Where can i find exercises for knee injury? haven't gone to the orthopedist's or physical therapists yet because my injury just happened. I Went to the ER and i have medial Mencius injury and knee effusion ( water on the knee) But since i have been in this brace, i cant move my leg that much on it's own power. I am afraid of muscle atrophy. I was wondering if there is a site where they have simple exercises i can do to keep my leg from totally being useless till the DR. calls back.

Re: exercises for knee injury
Doctor and physio should be able to give you specifics when they get back to you.
Make sure you get a decent plan of what to do.
I'd suggest swimming is probably a safe bet as it's non-impact, however don't work too hard on your kick and avoid breast-stroke as it involves funny angles in the knees.
