I thought it was overall...a great experience!

Did 1.5 mile run in 10:21, pull ups, upper body (pull weight from floor & get strapped in and you pull back), Icebreaker, team tasks, interview, gym PT lesson, jerry can test, grenade throwing, grenade memory test, powerpoint presentations about the Army/pay/benefits etc...

Packed but brill 2 days believe me!

Wanted a Grade B but C is fine...hope the wait aint too long!

Best of luck when you do it mate :)

Oh right. I was under the impression that since a couple of years ago the TA do the same selection weekend as the regs. Oh well :)

You will do all your test and your Barb and interview all on the same weekend.
Your not graded as its up to you when you can fit in your Phase One training.
At the end of the weekend you will have an interview to see if you want the job not the other way round Sign your contract oath of Alliegence and thats you job done.
By the way what job you going for?

Royal Armoured Corps with the B Shrophire Yeomanry. Not exactly sure what the job entails as I still havent been able to talk to them properly yet. They invited me down to a 'Day In army life' recruitmant day on teh 27th Feb. So will wait and see. According to the Armyjobs website they do Tanky stuff :)
