Heres one to think about. What if we lobbied MP's to bring in an act under which servicemen and women who serve their Country in war zones and other operational environments and serve a set time, say 12 years, should qualify to pay income tax at a reduced rate for the rest of their lives?.
Before you ask- yes I have been drinking- but I'm not shiters!. I just think that with servicemen not being the best paid profession that they should be rewarded for sticking their necks on the line while some 'fat cats' have never done a hard or morally decent days work in their lives.
No back claims allowed, and designed to help those who have helped this Country and to who we all owe a debt.
