East London

Hiya.

Any chance there is a guy training or keen to start training and thinks a training partner would get you along the way.

As for me, a training partner would seal the deal.

Thanks

I know this is a long way away from East London (I used to live in Stepney Green) but the AFCOs in Bloomsbury, Wembley and Strand hold a running club every Thursday at 5:30 where they make us do a timed 1.5mi run and some circuit training (and sometimes team exercises). It's well fun. Really recommend it if you can travel across London to Paddington Recreational Ground in Kilburn/Maida Vale, west London. Nearest stations are Kilburn Park Road / Maida Vale on the Bakerloo line.
