Good afternoon. I'm in need of some training advice.
I train everyday (mainly weights but some running & cycling) so I'm not over weight, infact I've got an athletic/muscular physique but I can't seem to lose the flab off my glutimus maximus. I can even shake my booty like one of those strippers you see in hip-hop videos... Any advice? And no, I don't want to be a Beyonce look-a-like!
