well i been practising mine for the past month and i just wanted to see how bad it is the i got on a ledge and started talking about myself infront of my mates and whole bunch of random people and it wasn't that bad i just started babbling about my life my family history and my mates lol

err just to update this, the ice breaker on ADSC is now 5 minutes
BARB - 82 Passed
Basic Skills Test - Passed
Medical Forms - Passed
ADSC- 23/11/10
Chosen Jobs: 1.Dog Handler 2.Driver 3.Ammo tech

It may say it's 5 mins on paper, but the instructors will get bored and tell you to sit the fcuk down once you've shown you can just about get over the initial nerves.. They've got 20-30 or more to get through in a short period....
If you make an absolute pigs ear of it from the first minute however, you may find yourself up there for the full 5mins and more (and it'll feel like the longest 5 minutes in your life ) But as far as I know, nobody has actually died while giving their 'Ice-Breaker', so chill out baby... yeah....
What's the worst that can happen?
(Oh dear... THAT's bad innit....)
