got my prac in 2 weeks time... a think am ready a can get my run time to 8.15 and 60 push ups on 70 sit ups.. pull ups can do 13 ..... a run 6 miles every day but its an a flat road not much hills.... am only 5'10 and weight about 10.5 not that big.... but a feel stronge but dont look it lol

You should have posted this on the Para section mucker. Sounds like you should be ok with PRAC mate.
If you get through you could get a start date the same as me.
Would try and get some hills in on your runs though mate, there are plenty at Catterick!

No mate, got my date straight from ADSC. I've been in before so got told I didn't need to go up to Catterick. Feel a bit awkward now though because loads of lads who are in the application process have asked this.goin-para- wrote:yeah you still need to do prac buddy ?

You need to be running alot, not just a gentle jog, get out your comphat zone.
