Help on weight issues

Post by Daggers »

Basiclly im not the biggest of people i weigh a a little under 9 and a half stone, when i went to selection they said if i lost abit more weight then they would not take me for phase 1 training, im am now 28 days before phase one and getting worried i spoke to my dad and he served in the navy as an aircrewman and spent alot of his time with Royal Marines he told me that when he was my age he was about the same weight, because he filled out when he joined up at 16, and i know i will too but they dont.
Basiclly i wanted to know what to do??

Eat a massive burger king before i go? :)

What is the weight limit aswell...

Any awnser's appriciated !

What makes you think you will have lost weight?

The best way for you to put on weight will be to build up muscle, so eating lots of junk is not the way forward!

(PS. Welcome, that's quite a few of us from Yeovil now!)
You can have peace.
Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.
