im getting there, but still a long way to go,
i can do roughly 2.5 miles in 24 minutes so iv got a bit of work to do
but iv got 3 months to get where i need to be so i should be ok
do you know how long the wait is for the tg course after pgac?
good luck with your training mate

Hey scanlon527,

The field you go around on the 3 miler is a half mile, so obviously you go around 6 times, but don't stop when you pass the final lap start/finish line, as the PTI keeps going for another 100 yards or so. You know to see the determination of potential TG's.

Good Luck.
