ADSC Help?

Hii im kinda worrying about going to ADSC, may be in august.
Does anyone know if you have had a medical and optician form filled in, you will need to do again in ADSC?

No mate, they are all sent up there for the doctors to look at. No forms like that are done at ADSC. :D

Just a few simple tests, drop and cough few fitness tests and its done. Dont worry its not hard.
