press ups for pgac

Post by marti88 »

i've seen on a few sites that the press ups for pgac are assisted by a parnter holding there arm at 45degreez and you lower to that rather than the floor, but surely that isn't a press up thats just bobbinbg up and down.
could anyone clarify this for me?
thanks in advance for your replys.

I watched that RAF afghan thing the other week and when the gunner's where told to do press ups it was bobbing up and down about 1inch, hope that helps

My advice is just to do them down to the floor, that way if its 45 degrees on PGAC you will find it much easier but if it is down to the floor on PGAC you will be more prepared than some of the other lads who have been practising doing them down to 45 degrees.
