right so i have to wait 6-9 weeks for them to decide that everything is good to go for the interview then i go onto selection.

ok well in those weeks would it be ok for me to go stay with my grandad for a week or a few weeks as im sure this will help me build up my body strenght and running time's he lives 20 miles away from where i live so would it be wise or not?

Just make sure your recruiter can contact you 6-9 weeks is worst case scenario.
Also make sure your suit and tie are ready to go.

Not being funny mate, RLC Driver is low on the GTI scale, why not have another go at the BARB and see if you can improve?
