Heaves aren't done in two minutes at ADSC, it's non-stop. Make sure you go ALL the way down and up otherwise they won't be counted.
Run time is a pass unless you're going Para.
Sit-ups and press-ups aren't done as part of any test but I would think about trying to increase those scores a little. Should be able to do at least 50 of either.
Just because the run time would pass you it doesn't mean to stop trying to improve mind
Good luck.
Rob try this method called grease the groove.
The principle is that the only way you can improve press-ups/pull-ups is to do a lot of them. So make it a point that everytime you enter a certain room (say your bedroom, or living room or whatever) you drop down and do a few press-ups/pull-ups.
Few being the key word, 10 is a good number. Make sure it's not enough to actually make you tired. It's intended to be part of your daily routine, not an actual workout.
is smoking allowed in the army? also im guessing that if im under 18 still after all training and working in the army... i wont be allowed to smoke until im 18?

Smoking is allowed. If you're 16 you can still smoke but you won't be served on the camp. Look on the Para section there's a topic on smoking there.
We were told at ADSC you may smoke but don't expect to be given a lot of oppurtunites to smoke and because smoking damages your fitness you're best of binning it it give you an easier time in training. The only smoking oppurtunites at selection was at the end of the day, around 9-10pm.

anyone can smoke if they want to, but you just dont get much of a chance to in training. if your underage then you may have to explain to your training staff how you got them... i got i.d' all the time at catterick, and i was 21 at the time...
aahh ok so i could but its hard im thinking about quiting as i dont find it hard if i know its for a good cause.
so on adsc will i get any oppertunity to have a crafty one as im only 17 and laws 18 same with drinking... i can buy them myself from virtually any shop as i look older than i am being 6ft2-3 and just looking older in the face.

I started in the same place, every workout I feel totally wiped out like I could never complete the next one, but somehow I'm managing so it must work. haha
