This May Be Stupid but...

Post by Shakey »

Im Only 5ft 4 In Height, Will this affect my chances of being excepted in the r.a.f gunners regiment even if i can pass all the PGAC tests?

Cause i've been thinking even if i do pass everything there gonna except some of the taller, more built lads over me even thou i'm matching them, if not beating them at everything.

Wouldn't worry mate, when I did PGAC first time around the Cpl in charge was only about 5'5" max. Do well in the assessments and they'll pass you.

Good luck finding someone your own size to do the fireman's lift and man drag with though!

I know "short" lads who make up for there height in there strength, just work on your upperbody and you'll definitly be sound.

Its not the size of the dog that is in the fight, but the size of the fight that is in the dog.....as wise man once say...
