You wouldn't be there if you were going to (be) knackered after the warm up bud.
i know that mate, as abouve warm up at home is alot different than there warm up.
I know mate i've done enough of them

I think there is too much worry about what people are going to on the various courses/selection, all you can do, is use the time you have to improve your fitness, i've always aimed to get as fit as possible as apposed to just get fit enough to meet requirements, just train as best you can around your work life, as long as you put the effort in before, it wont be a problem, seriously, anything pre depot is easy. For those who havent done the log run/race you do on the insight course, it can be a bitch, but it's a mental thing, just decide not to let go and dont.

Like everyones probably heard before, you are not going to be asked to do something, that you shouldn't already be able to do.

got my ADSC selection at linchfield on 21 may... bricking it a bit, just hope im ready.
my 1.5 is down to 9.33. push ups 60, sit ups 60, heaves 10
but have had my on off days with the run. so gonna do longer distences from now to the 21 may is that a good idea?
Mate you should be fine if your doing the above. If anything, you will run faster at the ADSC, adrenaline and all that, plus you will have others to run against.

Don't worry about the PRAC either. I haven't done this but if your fit enough, which if you pass ADSC you are, then it will be fine! Like _Mark_ said, there are no hidden tasks, press ups, sit up's, heaves and running!

Good luck mucker! :D
